Job Title: Field Technician
Employment Status: Part-Time
Salary: $20 p/h

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and inspections and assist with equipment upgrades as directed by supervision
- Deliver high-quality customer service during all on-site interactions to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain, service, troubleshoot, repair, and install company products in the field while ensuring efficient and quality work
- Safely and effectively utilize hand tools, power tools, ladders, and related facilities maintenance equipment to complete assigned work
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, communicating clearly and coordinating with colleagues to achieve project objectives
- Maintain flexibility to work at various assigned locations based on project needs. Reliable personal transportation is required
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Proven ability to perform in physically demanding environments
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand and power tools
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support effective teamwork and client interactions
- Spanish-speaking ability is preferred

- Experience: Hand and Power tool: 4 years (Preferred) Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
Work & Physical Demands:
- OSHA (30 +10) – Driver’s License (preferred)
- The physical demands that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job include frequent standing, walking, and using hands.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
